Ishi Khosla started her career at Escorts and with an experience of over 30 years, she is a practicing clinical nutritional consultant, writer, columnist, researcher, author and an entrepreneur. She deals with wide range of nutrition related health probpems including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes hypertension, obesity etc and practices at Center for dietary counseling in Delhi.

She is actively involved in clinical practice at the Centre For Dietary Counseling in Delhi, where she deals with a wide range of nutrition related health problems including cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, gastro-intestinal problems, allergies etc.

She is Passionate about nutrition and strong believer in power of foods so spearheads a health food “company” called Whole Foods” the cafes of which can be found at most hospitals from Max to Gangaram. An Alumni of Lady Irwin, she was recently nominated as a member of program advisory committee, Doordarshan Kendra, is an active part of food is industry including MNC,s, schools, educational institutes and is also seen on television and radio programs.

She has authored three books, Is wheat killing you? , The Diet Doctor among the recent ones. She has established the Celiac society of Delhi, which spreads awareness about wheat intolerance. She is also a recipient of Women’s achievers award in the field of Nutrition, Jijabai’s women’s achievers award too and is listed among 25 most powerful women in the country.

She has developed an app called the Weight Monitor which can be downloaded on your phone has helped thousands achieve nutrition goals whether they are related to losing weight or fulfilling nutritional deficiencies by keeping track of your daily diet and progress. Teaching people to eat right forever is Ishi Khosla’s goal.
